At Manchester Dermatology Clinic, we value your time and our commitment to providing every patient with high-quality care. To help us maintain smooth operations and fairness to all clients, we’ve outlined our cancellation and refund terms below.

1. Consultation Bookings

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via email. At this time, no payment is taken online.
In future, a deposit or full payment may be required to secure your appointment — this will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment:

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a late cancellation fee or result in deposit loss (once deposits are implemented)
No-shows without prior notice may be subject to the full consultation fee

This policy allows us to offer the appointment slot to other patients who may be waiting.

3. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

Completed consultations or treatments
Missed appointments without notice
Products purchased in clinic (unless faulty)

In cases where a deposit has been taken:

Cancellations made with 24+ hours’ notice will be eligible for a full refund or transfer of the deposit
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit

4. Treatment Suitability

If a treatment is deemed medically unsuitable following consultation, any prepaid fees for that treatment will be refunded or transferred to a suitable alternative service.

5. Delays or Cancellations by the Clinic

In rare cases, we may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment (e.g. due to staff illness or equipment issues). If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer the next available slot.
